♡ backouts are not allowed for group orders once everything has been ordered, if you need to backout for whatever reason please find a replacement for your slot and let me know so that i can transfer your slot
♡ refunds cannot be offered as items have already been purchased and cannot be refunded to me

♡ If you need a change of address, contact me ASAP to let me know so that I can update your order information. If you do not inform me of a change of address and your items are sent to the incorrect address, there is nothing i can do for you.

♡ i usually run inclusion only gos so please refrain from asking for anything other than inclusions to be sent to you as it will be clearly stated if physical items and/or albums are included

♡ photocard prefernce will usually be sorted by secondary form submission unless said otherwise. for the secondary form, joiners will be notified of posting time prior to the form going up in order to give everyone a fair chance to submit.
♡ first payment is expected at the time of form submission, as i need the funds right away to purchase items
♡ if you do not make second and/or third payments by the deadline, your order is liable to be put up for reclaim, of course i'll contact you about the matter before putting up your spot but if lack of communication continues, and you fail to respond to my messages and/or emails about the matter, this will result in items being put up for reclaim

important note: lucky draw cards are made of thick plastic that is fairly easy to scratch. please be aware of this as i can't refund you if your card arrives to you with those scratches.
